Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects related to New / Used vehicles and the Leasing fleet for the company.
• Manage vehicle movement and parking logistics.
• Coordinate vehicle repair, servicing, and inspection, including scheduling, manpower allocation, and liaising with external contractors/vendors.
• Ensure vehicles are in optimal condition for prompt delivery.
• Ensure vehicles pass pre-delivery inspections (PDI) before customer handover.
• Obtain reinstatement quotes for leasing customers returning vehicles, including independent quoting.
• Manage company phone and serve as the primary contact point for leasing customers, even on weekends.
• Handle vehicle breakdowns involving the leasing fleet, offering over-the-phone advice, arranging towing, and providing onsite support.
• Handle accidents involving the leasing fleet, offering over-the-phone guidance, coordinating driver reporting, and collecting accident excess payments from customers.
• Support the credit control team in collecting rental payments from specific customer groups.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management and customer service coordination.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
