Job Description

• Managing Sales Operations, Managing of Staffs & Customer Servicing
• Oversee daily sales operations, devise and implement business strategies to meet sales and profit objectives. Stay informed about store information and product details to effectively promote company merchandise and services
• Lead and motivate sales staff and promoters on the sales floor during operating hours to ensure efficient performance and attainment of sales, profit, and inventory targets. Enforce company policies and regulations while fostering a productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to departmental staff to meet performance and sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas, fitting rooms, stockrooms, and displays. Monitor merchandise presentation for cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols. Implement and uphold procedures for fitting rooms to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct comprehensive on-the-job training for staff, covering service standards, sales techniques, product knowledge, grooming standards, and point-of-sale operations. Evaluate and address staff performance and behavior to ensure adherence to company policies, professional etiquette, and grooming standards.
• Strategically schedule monthly staff rosters for departmental manager approval, optimizing workforce management.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, fostering customer loyalty through personalized interactions and maintaining accurate customer records. Develop and maintain a database of regular customers, understanding their preferences and gathering feedback to enhance service quality.

• Prior experience working in retail fashion or related
