We are seeking an experienced Application Development Team Lead to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing applications using low code development platforms. The Team Lead will play a key role in guiding the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving continuous improvement in the low code development processes.

Job Scope:

• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to a team of application developers, including task assignment, mentorship, and performance management.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, assisting in problem-solving, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the build components of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and project plans.
• Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using low code development platforms, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Cross Workstream Integration: Integrate across different project workstreams to ensure that the components built integrate well with the existing systems and capabilities that are live.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in low code development processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Operations: Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications when required.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Proven experience in application development using low code development platforms, with at least 6 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Good technical proficiency in low code development platforms such as Pega
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Proficiency in programming such as JavaScript, Java, or .NET
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant certifications in low code development platforms and project management are a plus
