Can I search for jobs myself or do I need to contact the local Manpower office?
You can easily search jobs using the search bar at the top of this page. Indicate the job type, industry or skill you are interested in pursuing and the geographical area where you would like to work. Then click “Find Jobs”. You can also sign up and register with Manpower by creating your profile.
Does Manpower continue to support me after I start a job?
Yes. As a Manpower associate we are committed to helping you succeed. While your supervisor at the work site is your resource for daily work-related questions, Manpower is your employer and is available to support you if you have any questions or concerns that are HR related. If you've been hired for a permanent position through Manpower, we'll support you for 90 days while you transition into your job with your new employer. After that, you should speak with your direct supervisor if you have any questions or concerns.
Does Manpower offer benefits?
Yes. Manpower offers most associates the opportunity to earn some of the most comprehensive benefits in the industry, including health benefits, training, and the opportunity to earn paid holidays and referral bonuses. Please check with your Manpower consultant on the benefits.
I'm having some difficulty applying for a job online. Can someone help me?

Is there a cost for being placed with Manpower?
No. Manpower works on your behalf to place you with most admired companies — at no cost to you. To get started, search jobs and build your profile.
What do I do when I finish an assignment?
Your Manpower representative will be aware of your status and will continuously work to place you on new assignments. Please let us know if there is any change in your availability, and remember to update your profile to include your recent job experience and any new skills you've gained. Be sure to continue to seek out new opportunities by using the job search tool at the top of the page.
What do I need to do after I submit my resume or apply for a job?
Manpower's highest priority is to find a job for you. If your skills are a match for our client's job needs, a Manpower consultant will contact you about next steps. In the meantime, you can continue to search the latest job openings by using the search bar at the top of this page. If there's any update on your experience, contact information, job seeking intention, etc., please update your profile so we'll have the most current information and can place you on the most suitable assignments.
