Job Requirements

  • Building and growing a dynamic sales and marketing team for the organization, focusing on driving revenue, adoption and market penetration in the marketplace.
  • Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance and support. Foster collaboration between team members and cross-functional departments.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events. Create and manage content for marketing collateral, including websites, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials. Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
  • Developing Marketing Strategies - Creating and implementing overall marketing strategies to achieve organization's goals and objectives. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with outsourced DRO teams to create lead generation campaigns and ensure a steady stream of qualified prospects converting into customers.
  • Advertisement and Promotion - Overseeing advertising campaigns both online and offline. Planning and executing promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Digital Marketing - Managing online marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO and SEM. Utilizing digital tools and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the online and marketing campaigns.
  • Analysis and Reporting - Providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a sales environment (B2B / B2C).
  • Prior experience in selling training and coaching programs, edtech, and SaaS solutions will be advantageous.
  • Experience in negotiating and establishing B2B partnerships within the training and coaching industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
