Job Description
- Ensuring the Operations Standards and Serviced Standards are performed, observed, and maintained consistently.
- Conduct regular floor walks, centre audit, coordinating with various vendors to ensure centre is well maintained , in compliance with the SOP and audit standards.
- Responsible for ensuring that daily tasks are communicated clearly for each team member. Guides and mentors each team member to tasks that are not clear to them.
- Performance Management, HR and Training: Manages performance, discipline, career, training and development of the centres team members.
- Co-ordinate / Managing third party relations/suppliers/vendors - Coordinates, negotiates and manages external service providers of the centre such as- Carpet Cleaners, AC Maintenance, Carpenters, Computer Technicians.
- Work with Centre Manager and Finance team on month end bill run and ensure accuracy of all billing and services are accounted for.
- Communicates with centre clients for their requests, concerns, queries, needs, and finds immediate help/solutions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality / Business / Tourism or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in managing the customer relations, operations or front desk in a service-oriented environment.
- Prior experience within the Co-Working / Serviced Offices and Apartments industries will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable in reporting if necessary.
- Comfortable in managing third party vendors, external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am - 6pm.
