Job Descriptions:
- Customer relationship management and ensure it leads to constructive and profitable business partnership.
- Communicate and improve KPI; support continuous improvement and best practice share acitvitities.
- Setup and optimize cross functional operational processes.
- Meeting the Global Service QEHS strategy and targets.
- Deploy zero incidents safety culture while promoting and ensuring completion of safety trainings and programs.
- Implement and create continuous improvement of Services Integrated Management System in collaboration with country QEHS coordinators.
- Deliver internal projects and customer projects on time and within budget by managing resources.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service/manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen and Visual Management.
