We are seeking personnel to support senior management and office operations. Your ability to multitask will be crucial as you juggle various responsibilities such as document preparation for company policy, administrative data analysis etc. Additionally, your interpersonal skills will shine as you build relationships across our global offices. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, excellent organizational skills
Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for senior management and office tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and addresses incoming issues and concerns directed to the Senior management, including sensitive or confidential matters, and determines the appropriate course of action or response.
  • Facilitates smooth communication between the company and internal divisions, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management.
  • Provides leadership in building relationships essential to the organization's success and manages various special projects for the senior management /directors (= Company).
  • Completes critical deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, preparing documents, correspondence, and other tasks that enable the Senior Management to lead the company effectively.
  • Supports administrative tasks within human resource and administration functions.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matter promptly and proactively, and ensures projects are followed through to successful completion, often under deadline pressure.
  • Acts as an adjunct member of the senior management Team, assisting with meeting scheduling and attendance if necessary.
  • Helps coordinate agendas to achieve business outcomes.
  • Collaborates with the finance department to prepare necessary reports.
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned.


Requirements

  • Possess an A level or Degree in relevant courses.


Other requirements

  • Candidate must be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Good interpersonal skills enabling effective relationship-building with stakeholders, both internal (staff) and external partners.


Knowledge and Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience supporting senior management.
