• Oversee the development and implementation of productivity projects aimed at reducing costs and enhancing business profitability across group companies in Southeast Asia and India.
• Analyze and consolidate data to create productivity reports and KPIs, offering a clear overview of the organization's performance and outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication at all organizational levels to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient information sharing.
• Monitor and support projects from both technical and engineering perspectives.
• Provide training in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma.
• Encourage networking to promote the sharing of best practices and increase the percentage of successful replications at both regional and global levels.
• Collaborate closely with the productivity team in HQ.

Job Requirements:

• Several years of direct management and work experience in industrial gas production or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Business.
• Proven track record of effective communication, including presentations to senior leadership and delivering high-quality work to site management.
• Experience in Operations Excellence or Lean Implementation.
• Experience in program management is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation and organizational skills, with the ability to lead independently and influence others through coaching.
