Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Manage returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Assist with daily store operations, including cashiering and cleaning.
• Maintain store displays in line with brand standards.
• Help with sales plans and support marketing events.
• Ensure inventory is well-stocked.
• Assist with visual merchandising for new stock.
• Work with the Store Manager to achieve store goals.
• Operate the POS system accurately.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in beauty retail field
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate in beauty industry

Other Information:

• Location: Orchard
• 5 days work week, 44 hours
• Salary: $3000 + Bonus
