Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure the validated status of the EAMS maintenance management system by collaborating with the Quality Assurance, Automation Information, E/I Maintenance teams, and vendors on database, software, and hardware validation.
  • Supervise and lead a team of Calibration/E&I Technicians to carry out instrument calibration and maintenance activities (CAL, COR, and repairs) in accordance with procedures, engineering best practices, and cGMP standards.
  • Serve as the System Administrator/SuperUser for EAMS applications and provide training for new users.
  • Effectively utilize EAMS to support the calibration team in maintaining compliance with cGMP and good maintenance practices.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of data integrity within the EAMS system.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support IRS/QAR investigations.
  • Collaborate with the E/I Supervisor and Maintenance Planner to improve maintenance activities under the Global Reliability Program (GRP) and Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO).
  • Coordinate shutdown activities and major maintenance projects with the E/I, Production teams, Area Owners, and MRO store, scheduling calibration and PM work orders as needed.
  • Work closely with the E/I Supervisor and Maintenance Planner to update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in IMEx Process Centric Team Tier 1 meetings, addressing engineering issues based on priority.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries.
  • Knowledge of CMS applications, cGMP, GMI strategies, and PMO concepts.
  • Familiarity with Reliability Maintenance, Right First Time techniques, and performance-based management.
  • In-depth knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements related to instrument validation.
