Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to prepare documentation and marketing materials for the setup of private real estate funds.
• Assist in project management for capital raising activities, with a focus on fund syndication and managing investor due diligence for private real estate funds.
• Conduct portfolio analysis and financial modeling to evaluate property portfolios for feasibility studies related to potential private real estate funds.
• Work closely with Asset, Investment, and Finance teams to understand business plans and fundraising requirements to effectively market the Group.
• Support the development of Group-level and fund-level marketing materials and assist with investor engagement.
• Gather market intelligence and conduct industry research for benchmarking and comparison analysis.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, investment, corporate finance, fundraising, or private equity funds.
• Quantitative skills, including financial modeling and analysis, preferably with a focus on real estate.
• Ability to analyze project-level cash flows and returns, with a solid understanding of the legal and operational structure of private equity fund
