Responsibilities:
- Supporting Insurance Specialist in ensuring a smooth process for case inception
- Prepare policy illustration and client presentation materials for insurance specialist
- Prepare policy review packs
- Arrange courier services
- Provide cross support to Wealth Planning trust admin matters where required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience; with around 1 year experience in insurance industry
- Highly service-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
