Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the centre's team to achieve sales target given by management
  • Ensure centre operate smoothly by adhering to SOP and deliver excellent services
  • Maintain good rapport with customers, ensure all customers' need are being taken care of
  • Oversees facilities, resources, equipment of the centre
  • Foster a positive working environment, establish open communication, coach and mentor team members
  • Set clear expectations for the team, conduct performance evaluations, collect feedbacks, and recognize team member's effort
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the same role with people management experience
  • Sales and service-driven, result-oriented
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Passion in education field
  • Problem solver, independent

Other Information:

  • Salary up to $4.5k (depends on experience)
  • 5 days work week
