Job Description:
As a Change Management Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and preparing communication materials and ensuring the effective dissemination of information related to organizational changes. Your role will be vital in creating engaging content that facilitates smooth transitions and promotes a positive response to change within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging communication materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
• Develop media and video content to support change management initiatives.
• Curate content and create storyboards that effectively convey messages to various audiences.
• Understand change management from a user perspective to frame communications, media, and video content more effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in creating and developing communication materials and multimedia content in a corporate setting.
• Ability to curate content and create engaging storyboards.
• Understanding of change management communications and user-centric communication strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
