Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare raw fish with precision and care.
  • Slice ingredients into uniform strips.
  • Create sushi rice with consistent texture and shape.
  • Manage the storage of fruits, vegetables, and proteins, including crab, eel, salmon, and tuna.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies.
  • Handle the restocking of ingredients as needed.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B or Hospitality environment
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations for restaurants.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude is essential.
  • Ability to work split shifts as required.


Other Information:

  • Location: Central
  • 5 days work week, 44 hours
  • Salary up to $3300 (depends on experience) + Bonus
