Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research clearances for the research department against the research blackout list.
• Maintain greylists and blackout lists in the Personal Investment Policy (PIP) system.
• Process and review staff trade applications in compliance with internal policies.
• Address staff inquiries related to the Staff Trading Policy and Conflict Management Policy.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements or new implementations of the PIP system.

Requirements:

• Degree in Banking, Finance, or any related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in compliance operations within financial sector.
• Familiarity with compliance policies (e.g., staff trading, conflict management) is good to have.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, as no marker-checker function is in place.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to system changes or new processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle fluctuating workloads effectively.
