Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research clearances for the research department against the research blackout list.
- Maintain greylists and blackout lists in the Personal Investment Policy (PIP) system.
- Process and review staff trade applications in compliance with internal policies.
- Address staff inquiries related to the Staff Trading Policy and Conflict Management Policy.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements or new implementations of the PIP system.
Requirements:
- Degree in Banking, Finance, or any related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in compliance operations within financial sector.
- Familiarity with compliance policies (e.g., staff trading, conflict management) is good to have.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, as no marker-checker function is in place.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to system changes or new processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle fluctuating workloads effectively.
