Responsibilities:

  • Provide research clearances for Research Department (against research blackout list)
  • Maintain greylists and blackout lists in the PIP System
  • Process staff's trade applications
  • Handle staff's general enquiries relating to Staff Trading Policy, Client's Walls Policy, and Conflict Management Policy
  • Perform user acceptance testing for new PIP System


Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or in any related majors
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Compliance role in Banking Industry.
  • Good to have knowledge in trade applications, processing etc.
  • Must be meticulous with keen eye for details
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
