Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Credit Assessment for new and existing customers
- Follow up with customer from Japan market on due payment which require the use of Japanese to communicate with local customers
- Channel customer's invoice dispute or payment application to internal stakeholders
- Support on any other AR related inquiries
- Work closely with operation team to improve the process and services
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience with exposure to Japan market
- Result-oriented, independent
- Excellent communication skills, service-oriented

- Salary up to $4000 + Allowance + Bonuses
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent certification) to support company's business operation in Japan market
