Job Description
- Support administrative duties, including meeting organization, expenses management, digital file management, helping maintain workflow databases etc.
- Assisting with maintaining / updating website and other external communications and related materials
- Conducting some market research, help with drafting of presentations etc.
Requirement - Bachelor's degree in an IT, finance & economics or maths & science stream
- Quick but also willing learner who adapts easily to new and different tasks. Desire to embrace a start-up environment
- Proactive, well-organized, collaborative
- Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, and preferably some practiced IT/website/graphics experience
- Experience working at or with larger institutional companies will be a big plus
Working hour per week - 16 hours a week(The base case is WFH but there will be (I) periodic working sessions at the Company's office location in OFC (CBD area) and (II) we may occasionally require facilitation in external locations related to the administrative tasks in scope e.g. printing jobs, client or conference events etc)
