Job Requirements:
- Provide daily onsite IT support on hardware, networks and software to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Configuration of equipment to connect to corporate network and domain.
- Ensure tasks performed are updated via ticketing system or team lead.
- Follow and enforce IT, Security and acceptable use parties.
- Provide training to users regarding the use of system and applications when needed.
- Assist to maintain and keep track of IT assets for assigning to user and disposals.
- Liaise with vendors on repair and maintenance of IT related equipment.
- Deliver Windows deployment and migration projects.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of Field Support Services experience supporting a large customer base.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and basic knowledge of systems and servers.
- Proactive and meticulous attention to details.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus.
