Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate submission of P&L and Balance Sheet schedules and monthly preparation, review and analysis of management and operational KPI reports.
• Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of targets and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis of actuals against budget/forecast and develop action plans.
• Ensure the adherence of uniform accounting practices, adequate internal controls, in accordance with the financial policies and procedures.
• Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve business and operational issues effectively and efficiently.
• Manage and provide supervision and guidance to Finance staff.
• Ensure that all invoices are accurately booked into the accounting system, and are supported by the required documents.
• Oversee the approval and processing of expenditures.
• Oversee the inventory management, cost control and cash flow planning for the company.
• Handling of Monthly Closing.
• Handling of Audit and Tax.
• Participate in projects implementation and enhancements, streamlining and documents work procedures and processes, and introduce good control practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / CPA / ACCA.
• At least 10 years' accounting and finance experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Dynamic AX/D365 is preferred
