Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Meat and Seafood portfolio.
- Manage existing customer portfolio and develop new accounts including launching new products
- Formulate strategic sales plan to drive consumer growth to achieve sales revenue and profitability.
- Develop annual forecasts and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Manage Meat and Seafood sales team and monitor performance
- Collaborate with management team to develop and execute short- and long-term business objectives
- Maintain good rapport and relationship with external stakeholders by monitoring and providing market insights, competitors activities and industry trends
Requirements
- Degree in Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years experience within the FMCG / Food & Beverages industries.
- Results driven with a proven track record.
- Positive growth mindset, a can do attitude when faced with challenges.
- Possess effective leadership to motivate the sales team to drive revenue generation.
- Strategic thinking and structured approach to growth.
