Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall sales growth and strategy of the entire group
- Hunt for new accounts and strategize with the account team on growth opportunities.
- Drive growth and revenue opportunities for the entire agency
- Train and manage the team of sales managers (including those from our different business units)
- Provide oversight for the team of account managers (including those from our different business units)
- Responsible for the overall revenue targets across the agency
- Actively establish new business leads and develop creative proposals with cost estimates
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new clientele
- Strategise and develop effective business plans to achieve the team's budget target
- Ensure profitability across our business units by optimizing margins
- Network and create new partnerships that will add value to the agency
- Work closely with the marketing team on branding and positioning the agency
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years related working experience in event agency
- Experience in the execution of a physical, hybrid or virtual events
- Good knowledge and interest in latest industry trends, technology solutions and best practise
- Successful track record of project management to secure sales and achieve sales targets
