Job Description

  • Analyze factory capacity and customer demand of each subsidiary in Asia Pacific to create accurate supply/demand forecasts and ordering plan.
  • Execute allocation strategies (order to factory or pick from stock) to ensure optimised inventory in each subsidiary.
  • Issue purchase orders and liaise with factories and forwarders on stock replenishment and shipping plan.
  • Stock reconciliation exercise to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Review subsidiary orders against adherence to forecast and inventory policies.
  • Production order prioritisation for selected products
  • Communicating between factories and subsidiaries about pricing changes and upkeep price lists.
  • Perform master data management (i.e. set up of price and item code).
  • Execute policies and procedures for inventory management and control including damaged goods, dead stock, expired items.
  • Drive continuous improvement to inventory health metrices in subsidiaries.
  • Manage reporting on inventory data and performance metrics.
  • Management of sample inventory and sample orders.
  • Oversee tender business and its order fulfilment.


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree preferably in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering discipline
  • Possess at least 4 years experience in inventory planning
  • Experience handling large amount of SKU (more than 1K)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Power Query etc.), Microsoft Power point, Power BI
  • Experience in ERP system: SAP
