Job description:
Support and Maintenance

  • Assist in the procurement of hardware inIT infrastructure.
  • Document the system in the lab and create a comprehensive network diagram for the lab environment.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network-related issues.
  • Develop, maintain and improve existing and new local application systems, tools and Inter & Intranet environment.
  • Maintain and support client hardware and software environment in compliance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Support IT Service Desk to ensure timely feedback to user's incident calls and support for users troubleshoot problems.


Site Project and Installation

  • Establish and set up inventory system for the customer.
  • Support the team in the installation of the project, ensuring completion ahead of schedule.
  • Assist on the system migration of the company's product, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Execute virtual machine migration processes to enhance overall system performance.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in application/data system with proven track record of running high performing application and data system environments including Web Application environment, SQL query (Database experience is a must).
  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related filed.
  • Proficient in utilizing virtualization technology, specifically Hyper-V.
  • Technical knowledge on IT and personal computer troubleshooting with good awareness on cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
