M&E Engineer (Main con, Building Project Mgt- Condo/ HDB/ Landed Properties, up to 4.8K)

Job scope

  • Oversee site activities and supervise engineering and system designs.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
  • Plan and ensure M&E works meet Master Programme and micro-schedules.
  • Monitor compliance of M&E works with drawings, specifications, and codes.
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.



Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2 years or above of construction industry experience.
  • Skillset: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
