Description
- Responsible for supporting Maps data-collection projects and running tasks in compliance with Maps Field Operations processes.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work cohesively with more technical cross-functional teams and external parties.
- Prepare and execute collection plans, monitor deliverables and performance of collection teams.
- communicating and collaborating with internal teams /external partners to manage vendor requests, warehouse inventory, responsible for timely door-to-door delivery of devices and equipment. Analytical approach is required to review collection data and facilitate performance reporting.
- You will experience working with global teams, external vendors, develop documentation and drive process improvements.

- Excellent organizational abilities- confident working with large datasets, manage and prioritise competing tasks and deliver quality results within deadlines
- Ability to adapt to change while maintaining an environment of consistency
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate issues, findings or analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent communications and facilitation skills, both written and verbal, to guide and impose procedures with remote teams
- Self-driven individual with excellent time and project management skills and sense of urgency.
- Be willing to manage physical hardware/ equipment by arranging calibration, maintaining inventory records
- Experience with iOS, MAC
- Proficient in Numbers/ Pages/ Keynote/ MS Excel.
- May be required to travel internationally to vendors' site to support training/operations as required, up 1/4 of the time.
