Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise events, full event planning and logistics execution for Developer Events/Workshops.
• Manage, organise, and provide support on all pre-planning logistics and coordination for onsite execution.
• Manage all aspects of the room blocking and event logistics (including but not limited to event room layout and food catering).
• Design and create marketing material and attendee communications (Banners and Brochures).
• Monitor, manage and maintain the attendee registration database. This includes all customer service items associated with the process and provide regular updates to respective party involved.
• Final quality control of all event reports (not limed to arrival/departure manifest, activities roster, special requests noted and communicated) for assigned programs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Bachelor's degree.
