Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare spare parts list and equipment data inventory control to ensure sufficient spare parts availability.
• Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities and facilities to avoid recurrence with production group and contractors.
• Routine inspection and periodical inspection on rotating and static equipment's by coordinating with contractors at site.
• Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group.
• Maintenance of pumps, compressor, blowers, boilers, chillers and conveyors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience in Plant & Facilities in chemical plant.
• Undertanding the maintenance in technology manufacturing process plant environment.
