Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the development of New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, ensuring smooth transitions to mass production while meeting cost, quality, and capacity objectives to fulfill customer demand.
• Collaborate closely with customers to align both internal team and customer targets.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between the customer and internal teams to drive successful mass production outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams within the organization to prepare for production ramp-up and product transitions.
• Manage readiness for ramp-up, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners (e.g., material availability, capacity, and transition plans).
• Drive optimization of the supply chain in alignment with strategic goals, factoring in risks, schedule changes, and demand fluctuations.
• Provide ongoing support for products in the sustaining phase.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Science, knowledge in manufacturing process.
• Excellent communication skill to communicate with China counterpart.
• Opportunity to be expat based 85% deployment in India and minor in China.
