Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for OSS operations, including troubleshooting desktop issues, software installations, and system configurations.
  • Ensure the operational readiness of IT infrastructure components, including datacenters, networks, switches, and firewalls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT solutions that meet operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure the security and performance of IT systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices related to OSS operations and IT support.
  • Utilize business proficiency in French (spoken and written) to communicate and manage non-English counterparts based in French-speaking regions via calls and emails.
  • Process and prepare documentation in French.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT support, with a focus on OSS operations.
  • Good knowledge of desktop support, including Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Experience maintaining IT infrastructure components such as datacenters, networks, switches, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with Lotus Notes (HCL Notes) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Business proficiency (spoken and written) in French (e.g., DELF B2, DALF C1) to communicate with non-English speaking counterparts based in French-speaking regions via calls and emails.
