Administration
- Conduct validation and appointment exercises in accordance with the business rules.
- Maintain register of advisers with 3rd party license.
- Administer coding, cessation, and assignment of policies for all channels.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of the BAU, assigned tasks, and ad hoc assignments.
- Ensure that reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and streamline workflow, where applicable.
- Review and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist and handle enquiries.
Debt Recovery
- Execute debt recovery processes promptly & follow through with debt process in accordance with the SOP.
- Prepare the monthly debt recovery update report for the management team.
- Manage instalment payment requests from departed advisers.
Other Administrative Matters
- Monthly check on new business submission for suspended advisers.
- Monthly Reactivation Exercise.
- Administration of Adviser's Health Benefit and Professional Indemnity entitlement.
Projects
- Participate in projects & UAT, as required.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field with 2 - 3 years' relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience, is a plus.
- Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders.
- Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables & good with processes.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline.
