We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our organization, ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company that helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
The successful incumbent will be the point of contact with one of our Project Accounts, responsible for delivering administrative and operational related services to the client and associates.
The ideal applicant will be a meticulous, service driven and flexible problem solver and quick thinker.
Role Highlights
- Serve as primary contact for processing needs and handling inquiries from internal stakeholders (example: Recruitment Consultant / Key Account Manager), the client & associates
- Manage associates, execute their visa / permit applications and coordinating their logistics with travel agencies on flights and hotel bookings
- Facilitate and escalate immediately, any issues encountered by associates at immigration or otherwise, as and when required
- Manage ops deployment & roll calls and provide site covering
- Gather required information / data, prepare necessary paperwork, and schedule associates for their first day of work
- Process onboarding, offboarding, work on timesheets, attendance records, leave & benefits administration and provide deployment details to Payroll
- Track process changes and drive documentation updates according to directives
- Provide policy interpretation and advisory by clearly explaining policies related to Company's and Client's operations
- Works closely with the client and associates to maintain positive work relationships
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements (example: Immigration Act, Employment Act) related to day-to-day management of associates
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties, projects, recruitment and activities as and when required
Profile and Experience
Some experience in offshore project operations, immigration, or customer care is preferred
A quick thinker and problem solver who is calm and possesses strong communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
Possesses ability to build and manage relationships
Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
Training will be provided to qualified individuals who possess the key attributes but may not have the full relevant experience.
