Payroll Executive (4 months Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a Payroll Executive for a maternity cover position in our organization, Manpower Staffing, under ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company. We help organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.

The Payroll Executive supports the core of our business where we provide internal and external customers with payroll administrative services. The successful incumbent will be responsible for payroll services delivery.

Responsibilities / Duties :

  • Preparation of payroll report
  • Validate & check report details tie with PB (internal system - Power Base)
  • Enter Payroll information in time sheet application
  • Pick / Submit TS to BOS (internal system - Back Office System) generate Pay & Bill
  • Correction, revision and submission
  • Post order batch and Pay & Bill batch
  • Export pay batch to EasyPay
  • Generate reports
  • Manage invoice process

Requirements :

  • Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
  • Meticulous, detailed, and good with numbers
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications, especially Excel
  • Positive attitude and customer service oriented (go the extra mile)
  • Results oriented and meticulous
