• Module process development and optimization.
• Consumable material evaluation and test.
• Data analysis, FACA and DOE test.
• Define and Export the standard specification document of process and material.
• Solving the technology issue to improve the process yield.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Material, Chemical, Optics-Electronics, Physical, Mechanical or Science Engineering
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in China.
• Experience in assembly, film lamination, glue binding, wet clean or laser process.
