Job Responsibilities
- Perform technical verification checks on customers' income documents to process customers' unsecured facilities creation or maintenance in bank's operating systems.
- Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries for customer's unsecured facilities creation.
- Lead/participate in the team in providing ideas/initiatives in digitalization of processes and automation improvement.
- Identify operational risks and implement measures to address/mitigate the risk.
- Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standards.
- Manage operational issues and provide timely escalations to the management team.
- Review & update system reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner.
- Data-driven and structured in using data to perform analyses.
- Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity gains by identifying root cause and problem statements.
Job Qualifications
- A diploma/degree holder with at least 1 year experience working in a banking environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Focused and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.
- A team player and able to deliver under tight deadlines and under pressure with minimum supervision.
