Key Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle of B2B SaaS offerings, from concept and design to launch and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a high-quality user experience.
- Data-Driven Product Development: Utilize data analytics to make informed product decisions, track key performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.
- Global Market Insights: Conduct research to understand customer needs and behaviors across different regions, driving innovation and localization to cater to specific markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and proactive risk management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years in B2B SaaS product management or fintech product development, with a successful track record in global markets.
- Proficient in data analytics tools for tracking product metrics and making strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
