Responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet deadlines.
• Recommend and implement changes based on process analysis.
• Supervise staff in line with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure department meets productivity and quality goals.
• Manage staff scheduling, including work assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and shift rotations.
• Conduct interviews, hire new operators, and facilitate employee orientation.
• Set employee goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Provide coaching and career development guidance to staff.

Requirements

• 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Compliance with RBA standards
