Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Oversee project planning and preparation, ensuring timely execution by managing schedules and field documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to capture all relevant information and requirements during the project initiation phase.
Drawing Verification: Review and verify all design drawings before progressing to the construction phase, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of work performed by subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project standards and specifications.
Testing and Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of equipment with subcontractors after installation, ensuring proper functionality.
Customer Training: Provide training to the customer upon project completion, ensuring they are fully equipped to operate and maintain the system.
Final Inspection and Documentation: Conduct the final inspection of the project and collect data for as-built drawings.
EH&S Compliance: Ensure all activities align with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) goals and objectives, and comply with EH&S policies, regulations, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- Proficient in engineering management, problem-solving, and systematic analytical thinking.
- Solid understanding of commercial terms and conditions, with experience working in an ISO 9000 quality environment.
- Experience in LTA projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems is a plus.
