Job Description
- Supports the development of organization's event programmes by assist in the planning and execution of the project plans
- Assist in the costing and production of the event proposal
- Support Project Manager in executing strategies and initiatives for clients
- Document clients' requirements and prepare draft project plans
- Coordinate delivery of project outcomes in accordance to project plans and agreed timeline
- Provides regular status updates on the project plans to clients and all event, stakeholders, including coordination with event suppliers/vendors.
- Ensure compliance to local legislation and frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments for events
- Assist to identify potential issues and provide resolutions coordination
- Gather post-event feedback and evaluate event performance
- Coordinate/liaise with supplier and vendor to ensure delivery of tasks
- Traveling to site visits/recces; and managing successful event execution
Requirements
- Minimum ITE of any relevant field of studies, with keen interest in Event and MICE
- Candidates without prior experience may apply
- Possess keen interest in events & MICE
- Able to multitask and manage several projects at the same time
- Comfortable with events & agency settings and work hours (weekends, PH)
