Job Scope

• Responsible in project management to ensure delivery of key initiatives on time and on budget.
• Engaging with stakeholders across business and technology, to ensure alignment on key deliverables and timelines.
• Provide regular updates and following up on action items at working groups across multiple workstreams in projects.
• Manage project issues, form, and execute actions to overcome blockers to project implementation.
• Plan and execute with the project team on key aspects of the project including requirements gathering, development, testing and eventual production release.
• Consolidate and provide regular (monthly) updates to the Project Steering Committee on the project status, including milestones achieved, project risks and issues for escalation and upcoming milestones (outlook).

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, or any related field
• With more than 5 years of project management in a banking or financial industry.
• Experience in the delivery of large and complex operational change.
• Able to work with external vendors and across diversified team.
• Process-driven and with advocate of reporting.
• Experience in delivering work in a tight timeframe with the tenacity to find solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in influencing a senior set of sponsors and stakeholders.
