Responsibilities

  • Send, receive, manage, and edit customer data.
  • Obtain customer approvals for product specifications.
  • Manage customer responses to design and manufacturing feedback.
  • Implement DRC (Design Rule Check) and system registration.
  • Apply design FMEA based on DRC results to identify and reduce risks.
  • Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) activities and process checks.
  • Create and manage design data, including CAE tasks for impedance control.
  • Define product specifications and set up process flows.
  • Create tool data and generate process instruction data.
  • Summarize manufacturing condition requirements.
  • Review prototype results with related teams and transfer prototypes to production.
  • Summarize quality confirmation outcomes.
  • Develop, standardize, and validate design and input guidelines.
  • Establish operation flow procedures and compensation rules.
  • Conduct customer and industry technology trend surveys.
  • Develop and maintain a technology roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer technical inquiries.
  • Oversee CAD/CAM/CAE tools, coordinate with toolmakers for defect resolution, and manage contracts.
  • Ensure design machines meet processing requirements and maintain optimal condition.
  • Administer design servers, manage accounts, and support data transfer security.


Requirements

  • Experience in semiconductor post-processing or design.
  • Knowledgeable about semiconductor technology and customer requirements.
  • Experienced in developing CAD/CAM/CAE specifications and drawings for semiconductors and packaging.
  • Experience with measurement, analysis, and reliability assessment tools.
  • Basic understanding of the substrate manufacturing process is advantageous.
