In this role, you will take a leading role in Salesforce implementation to the business, including coordinating rollout of successive releases and driving adoption.


Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional expert of the company and work closely with local business to understand business requirements and provide solutions for consideration.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops, asking probing questions, encouraging open communication and building cooperation amongst the business teams.
  • Focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through current state process analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile), leading edge technology and process improvement ideas to challenge status quo and deliver extraordinary customer-focused solutions.
  • Understand and document regional nuances of both current and future state processes.
  • Act as key point of contact with global stakeholders in charge of Salesforce program coordination and execution.
  • Contribute to defining regional roadmap for Salesforce program rollout.
  • Support data readiness in preparation for system rollout, including preparation of data to be migrated in the new system.
  • Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system readiness to meet local requirements.
  • Support change management and training needs for future state processes.
  • Provide advice on Salesforce best practices.


Skills required

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or discipline related to the role, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices.
  • Experience in an industry selling goods business-to-business.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding attention to detail.
  • Experience in drafting business requirements to serve the needs of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercising judgement and initiative.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, to audiences of varying seniority.
  • Capacity to extract, collate and present information in a cohesive and meaningful manner.
  • Self-motivated individual, who thrives working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of process documentation (Miro, Omnigraffle, Visio, etc.) & project management software (Wrike, etc.).
