Job description:
- Responsible for end-to-end project management from planning to post-implementation
- Prepare dashboard for review meeting with Global IT PMO Leads.
- Drive IT Project Execution for APAC by:
- Leading weekly status calls for key stakeholders and project team
- Updating project status, schedule, risks & issues
- Discovering risks/issues
- Work with various stakeholders to mitigate Risks and resolve issues
- Ability to align interests of various stakeholders who have different agenda and priorities
- Work with sourcing team and 3rd party vendors to track and manage purchase orders
- Work with Global IT Team to coordinate change management process to application / Infrastructure for any APAC project cutover
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure successful implementation and support after project cutover
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other Information Technology discipline
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT application or system
- Previous experience in the area of web/eCommerce application migrations
- Experience delivering at least 1 full SDLC project
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Ability to work independently; highlight issues proactively and report progress regularly
- General technical knowledge in infrastructure such as networking
- Good written and verbal communication skills including presentation in front of stakeholders of all levels
- Good personal skills and able to influence and work with various parties
- Willing to work unsociable hours with global IT Team situated in Europe and US
- Willing to travel within the region on short notice if necessary
