Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers individually
- Keep up to date on store information and product knowledge to promote services of the company
- Deliver good customer service
- Maintain and update data bank of regular customers, ensure effective and systematic customer data resource system.
- Handle and resolve customers' feedback or complaints, escalate to manager whenever needed
- Assist with assistance calls from the boutiques on the Duty Phone
- Perform cashiering duties, housekeeping, stock control and other ad-hoc duties required by management
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certification in any field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role
- Independent, a team player
- Service-oriented, passion in retail operation
Other Information:
- Location: Central
- 5 days work week, retail working hours
- Salary up to $3400 (depends on experience) + Bonus
