Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct repairs on hobby products, including but not limited to RC cars
- Maintain store appearance
- Oversee inventory management
- Operate the POS system to handle transactions and cashiering duties
- Manage eCommerce activities
- Execute daily store operations
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain proper stock levels
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Support marketing initiatives
- Perform deliveries as needed to fulfil customer orders
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certificate
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Retail environment
- Independent, a team player
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, passionate about RC car and other related products
Other Information:
- Location: Ubi
- 6 days work week, 11am-7pm
- Salary up to $3000 + Bonus
