Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage order receipts, prioritizing timely order processing while maintaining positive customer interactions and relationships.
- Support the order-to-cash process by ensuring excellence in order processing.
- Register and process customer orders in the system, received via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Ensure that orders are processed accurately and completely before being handed over to logistics for shipment. Address any issues related to delivery or invoicing with the Supervisor.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and resolving complaints as needed.
- Complete the registration, filing, and archiving of customer service-related documentation.
- Ensure effective coordination between customer service and other departments in managing customer orders.
- Provide ad-hoc general administrative support as required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Management, or an equivalent field.
- 1-3 years of work experience in customer service or order management, preferably within a distribution center.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a focus on cost efficiency.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
