Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and understand customer needs, focusing on silicone rubber, plastics, and metal precision component parts to provide tailored solutions (experience in these areas is a plus).
- Proactively manage customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to effectively pitch and serve customers.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with international clients, particularly in Europe and Asia.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and business development.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services/products to clients.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
- 5 years of proven experience in a sales management role, particularly with aemphasis on business development and customer acquisition.
- Solid understanding of plastics injection moulding and rubber component products would be a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently to achieve results.
- Flexibility to travel overseas as needed to meet clients and business needs.
