Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets;
- Collaborate with technical team to ensure feasibility and suitability of solutions;
- Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations;
- Provide post-sales support and handle customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement;
Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecast reports using CRM tools;
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities;
Pre-requisites - Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in printing ink or related industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- good negotiation and closing skills
